How is the price calculated?

₹500 per user per month on the 3-month plan, ₹475 on the 6-month plan (5% off) and ₹450 on the 12-month plan (10% off). The plan is paid up-front for its full duration; 18% GST is added and a tax invoice is issued.

What if my team has more than 10 users?

Do I need my own WhatsApp/SMS accounts?

The CRM works out of the box for calling, pipeline and invoicing. To send WhatsApp/SMS/email at scale you connect your own provider accounts (Meta, MSG91, SendGrid) in Settings — we guide you through it.

Does calling need special hardware?

No. Agents dial from their own SIM via the mobile app or click-to-call on desktop; every call is logged. Cloud calling (CallerDesk/Knowlarity) is supported when you want recordings without the app.

Is my data safe with multiple companies on one platform?

Every workspace is fully isolated with tenant-scoped access, role-based permissions and an audit log of every change. You can also run on your own branded domain.

Can I import my existing leads?

Yes — CSV import with duplicate detection and industry categories, plus live capture from IndiaMART, JustDial, Facebook Lead Ads and your website.

What happens if I stop paying?

You get a 7-day grace period with reminders to renew. Your data is never deleted for non-payment.
