Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and workspace details of the users we create for a business.
• Lead & contact data — name, phone, email, company, notes, and activity for the leads a business manages in the CRM.
• Facebook Lead Ads data — when a business connects their Facebook account, we access, with their permission: the list of Facebook Pages they manage (pages_show_list), Page metadata needed to subscribe to lead notifications (pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_engagement), and the lead-form submissions from their Lead Ads (leads_retrieval). We store an access token solely to fetch new leads on their behalf.
• Call data (mobile app) — with the user’s device permission, the call log and call recordings created by the phone, used to log calls against the matching lead. Recordings are uploaded to our servers and linked to that lead.
• Contacts (mobile app) — with permission, used only to let the user add a lead from their phone book.
• WhatsApp messages — messages sent and received through a connected WhatsApp number, stored to maintain the conversation history for that lead.
• Usage & device data — basic logs (IP, timestamps, app version) for security and reliability.

• To provide the CRM: capturing and organising leads, logging calls and recordings, sending and receiving messages, scheduling follow-ups, and showing analytics.
• To import Facebook Lead Ads submissions into the business’s own CRM workspace.
• To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• To provide customer support and improve the product.

We use Facebook Page and Lead Ads data only to import and manage leads for the business that connected the account. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

• Within the business’s own workspace (their team members).
• With service providers who help us run TeleERP (cloud hosting, storage, messaging delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

We keep data for as long as the business’s account is active or as needed to provide the service. When an account or an integration is disconnected, we stop collecting new data from it. Businesses can request deletion of their data at any time (see below).

To delete your data, disconnect the relevant integration in Settings → Integrations, or email info@teleerp.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page. We will delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

TeleERP is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date above.
